Ride the bike as soon as yourrrre able to for A few moments. That's tough, but definitely doable. Next, ride your time for 50 seconds. You're still exercising, but this is really an "active rest". And after that, repeat the ten high intensity seconds. Et cetera. You retain repeating the ten hard seconds associated with 50 easy seconds for a minimum of Twenty or so minutes.

Afre the wedding of 20 min, you would've rode the bike fast for just a grand total of 200 seconds... barely 3 minutes. YET... I bet you're sweating. Hmm, wonder why. Well, because you're actually exercising within the smart manner that's efficient for reducing weight.
